MICE founder, Les Meszaros arrived in the US from Hungary
with less than a dollar in his pocket. He seized the American
Dream and became a successful businessman and entrepreneur.

What is MICE?
Meszaros International Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc.
(MICE) created an Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP)
that teaches business fundamentals to high school students.
It was developed and works in partnership with the School
of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo,
under the leadership of Professor Joseph Salamone.

Professor Salamone has designed entrepreneurship courses
for more than 30 years. He's also provided extensive consulting
assistance to current entrepreneurs and individuals seeking
to start a business.
What are the classes like?
ETP uses a variety of techniques including group projects,
guest presenters, class discussions, and individual assignments.
Classes are taught by professional instructors and recognized
industry leaders. Guest speakers share their corporate experience
from the real world.
As a final project, students work in teams to prepare a
complete business plan, which is then presented at a year-end
competition judged by a panel of business leaders.
