Inc. Relocates Offices
Move of Estimating and Project Management
Functions
Houses Entire Operation at One Location
Elma, NY - Conley Caseworks, the architectural millwork
division of Gypsum Systems Inc., announces that the estimating
and project management functions of their operation have relocated.
The offices, which were previously housed in the Gypsum Systems
facility on Pound Rd. in Elma, NY, are now located at 580
Conley Rd., also in Elma.
Conley Caseworks is a provider of finish carpentry, architectural
woodwork, cabinets, countertops, and interior design elements.
David Lock, president of Conley Caseworks, characterizes the
move in terms of providing a continuing level of quality service
to customers and accommodating the growth of the company.
"As helpful as our information technology is - cell
phones, e-mail, fax - it doesn't compare with 'being there'
for quick decision making and problem solving on a day to
day basis," said Lock. "Moving our estimating and
project management function into the same building with our
manufacturing shop will improve the efficiency of our operation
and allow us to give our customers the best service possible."
Also factored into the decision to move the offices is the
continued growth of Conley Caseworks. "Both Conley and
Gypsum Systems have continued to grow since Conley Caseworks
began fifteen years ago as part of an initiative at Gypsum
Systems to provide customers with a complete material and
labor package," said Lock. "We've now reached a
place where Conley needs to be managed more as a manufacturing
entity than as a contractor. Having separate facilities for
Conley Caseworks and Gypsum Systems will allow us to do that.
It will also accommodate the concurrent growth of both operations."

Primarily a commercial Wall & Ceiling - Carpentry &
Plastering Subcontractor, Gypsum Systems Inc. is a Merit Shop
specialty contractor located outside of Buffalo in Elma, NY.
Gypsum Systems has been in business for 30 years as the largest
open shop commercial drywall contractor in the region. In
1992, the Conley Caseworks division was created to handle
millwork fabrication and installation for its customers.
Gypsum Systems Inc. is affiliated AWCI (Association of the
Wall & Ceiling Industries) and is an Associated Builders
and Contractors (ABC) "Accredited Quality Contractor".
